You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity from your account is deemed to be carried out by you.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other organisations' data, or compromise the security or availability of the platform.

The content, methodologies and frameworks made available remain the property of Komplyo or their respective owners. The documents you generate from your own answers belong to you.

The service is provided "as is". Komplyo cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the results, nor for indirect damage resulting from use of the service.

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Komplyo may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time you use the service.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
